C-Research consists of research groups at Linköping University that perform research on visualizations. Many of the groups within C-Research are found at the division of Visual Information Technology and Applications (VITA) in Norrköping. Much of the research concern advanced computer graphics and methods for visualizing large and complex data sets. Research is also conducted about how other senses, apart from vision, can be used for visualization, for example touch. Other groups investigate how visualizations can be used in teaching.
